Modern Daydream — Shipping Policy

Where we ship

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and most EU countries (shown at checkout). Orders may route to the nearest production center; in some cases they may ship cross-border.

Delivery timelines

● Standard: typically 4–6 weeks from order.

Priority Studio (when available): typically ~2–3.5 weeks from order. (Priority speeds creation in our studio; carrier transit still applies.)

Holiday peak (Nov–Dec): please allow +1–2 weeks due to seasonal volume and carrier capacity.
All timelines are estimates.

Shipping rates

Exact rates are shown at checkout based on destination, size/weight, and carrier options. Oversize formats may incur additional shipping at checkout.

Tracking & notifications

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation from Modern Daydream support@moderndaydream.com with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the production center. If your order ships in multiple boxes, you’ll get a tracking email for each box.

Address changes
You can update the shipping address within 60 minutes of purchase by emailing support@moderndaydream.com (include order # and the corrected address). After 60 minutes, changes are not guaranteed as work often begins right away.

Partial shipments

Some orders ship in multiple boxes. Boxes may arrive on different days. The 48-hour damage report window applies per box, based on that box’s carrier delivery scan.

Duties & taxes (international)

International shipments may incur duties/taxes collected by customs; these are paid by the recipient and are non-refundable.

Address issues & returns to sender

If a parcel is delayed or returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or unclaimed status, we’ll reship when it returns in good condition; reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the parcel does not return to us or returns damaged/unusable, a replacement requires a new order (or a replacement fee if offered). Original shipping charges and any duties/taxes are non-refundable.

Porch theft & risk of loss

Risk of loss passes upon carrier delivery to the address provided. Packages stolen after delivery are not covered; we’ll help you file a carrier claim, and replacements are discretionary.

PO Boxes & military addresses

Please do not use PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time—our carriers and formats are not consistently compatible. If a PO/APO/FPO address is submitted, we’ll request a standard street address; any cost differences will be invoiced before we proceed.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production defect, email support@moderndaydream.com within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery scan with time-stamped photos of (1) the item, (2) outer packaging, and (3) the shipping label. Upon approval, we’ll replace or re-ship.
